- Or base monthly rate from €300/month for a small portfolio (up to 3 properties)
Executive Package – Active Management and Optimization
Designed for: Owners who wish to delegate comprehensive management, including profitability, suppliers, and contracts. Includes the entire Essential Package, plus:
- Lease contract management (drafting, expiration dates, collections)
- Maintenance and renovation coordination
- Technical supplier management
- Quarterly and financial reporting
- Budgeting and treasury
- Basic legal assistance
Indicative price:
- 8% of the gross annual income generated
- Or fixed monthly rate from €600/month (portfolios of up to 5 assets)
Premium Package – Strategic Management and Family Office
Designed for: Wealthy families and companies with complex or internationalized assets that require a comprehensive vision. Includes the entire Executive Package, plus:
- Custom real estate strategy design
- Divestiture and investment planning
- Coordination with tax experts, lawyers, and family offices
- Wealth management
- Monthly reporting + advanced KPIs
- Ongoing follow-up meetings
- Overseas asset management (if applicable)
Indicative price:
- Fixed monthly rate from €2,500/month
- The hybrid model: base rate + variable rate on managed value (0.5% per year of the asset value)
